A nice bike ride to preveiw the Nashua Cedar View Park
We went on a short cruise ! Spring has been so very rainy.. that while checking out the forecast we had a string of 4 days without rain. !
Celebrating that first sun shiny day with a bike ride.. led us to a park in Nashua (( Lil Brown Church in the Vale country . This park is lovely, nice view, quiet park, sites on the water, NO flooding, clean bath house, mostly level spots. We hopped on the bike back home and got chores done and packed up, quickly leaving the next morning !
Its was very quiet ~~~ NO Net, no Phone, NO Facebook,..... bout killed us LOLL
and so we had lots of bon fires... some nice walks, puppy time...
Lovely views of the water, just the right amount of breeze. no bugs....
some party lights................
a cold one....... or two....... Tim roughs it smoothly !
puppy time.........
Dandy thought Tim was cooking bacon just for him ! yesplease.... LOL
While Tim enjoys the outside reading books. I set up the machine and buzz away.. This is a fun braid pattern.. Its been done since fall, but NOT quilted. The picnic table was a great place for this project.
I get such a kick out of quilter ladies that blog about their studios. and fancy cup boards & tables.. closets over flowing with fabric stash... My studio is anywhere there is electricity and a table !
Diva and Dandy are content to be near, watching the world go by.
... and then it rained....... again....... with warnings and drama on the radars, and the rain pounding on the tin roof........
once again I moved my 'Studio'
We stayed at the park from Tues thru Sat morning. and had the best time even tho we were disconnected from the world,, I guess we were living in our Own Small world........ Ain't it grand to rough it smoothly!

We are traveling everywhere !!
ohhh so many places to GO.....
I have been in many places, but I've never been in Cahoots. Apparently, you can't go alone. You have to be in Cahoots with someone. I've also never been in Cognito. I hear no one recognizes you there.
I have, however, been in Sane. They don't have an airport; you have to be driven there. I have made several trips there, thanks to my friends, family and work. I live close so it's a short drive.
I would like to go to Conclusions, but you have to jump, and I'm not too much on physical activity anymore. I have also been in Doubt. That is a sad place to go and I try not to visit there too often.
I've been in Flexible, but only when it was very important to stand firm. Sometimes I'm in Capable, and I go there more often as I'm getting older. One of my favorite places to be is in Suspense! It really gets the adrenaline flowing and pumps up the old heart! At my age I need all the stimuli I can get! And, sometimes I think I am in Vincible but life shows me I am not.
People keep telling me I'm in Denial but I'm positive I've never been there before! I have been in Deepshit many times; the older I get, the easier it is to get there. I actually kind of enjoy it there. So far, I haven't been in Continent, but my travel agent says I'll be going soon
